Ford NGS Scan Tool

If you have recently purchased the NGS or are thinking of purchasing one, this class is a must attend for you.  This class will cover basic navigation, diagnostics, and additional features/functions of the NGS that will make diagnosing and repairing Ford products a profitable experience.  
Use the NGS to retrieve codes and data, discover bi-directional controls, GEM, FEM and REM functions, ABS brake bleeding, and more. 
The NGS also does sensor simulation on all lines, not just Ford products.
The majority of this class is done in the shop using and NGS and video projection.

Advanced Ford NGS Scan Tool and Reflashing

Investigating the NGS scan tool’s deeper abilities in body controls, how signal simulation works, not only on Ford vehicles but on any make. -Data stream record and play back as a graph or chart.   Bi-directional commands to take the guess work out of diagnosis of many engine and body systems.  Using the split screen to look at the signal input to the processor and the output command to the actuator at the same time. -Doing a PCM reflash. Most of the class will be performed in the shop area demonstrating all of the NGS’s wonderful qualities reflashing a late model Ford product, using an NGS and video projection.

Ford PATS (Programmable Anti Theft System)

This class will cover theory, operation, diagnostics, and repair of the Ford PATS System with the NGS scan tool.  PATS system key programming is only possible using the NGS scan tool.  Understanding how the system operates is critical to successfully programming keys for the vehicle.
